Prior to your event, we meet you to understand your objectives and desired outcomes. We then tailor your specific event to deliver those outcomes.
Day 1
Arrival
Afternoon/evening arrival: Check into your hotel or chalet and relax

Evening dinner and the welcome brief
Day 2
Morning
Hiking in the Chamonix Valley with facilitated workshops on the mountainside
Afternoon
Ascend on the Aiguille du Midi lift to 3800m and a panoramic view of the Alps for strategic discussion over mulled wine
Day 3
Morning
Hiking ascent of a mountain summit with facilitated workshops at stunning viewpoint locations
Afternoon
Ride the Montenvers train to the Mer de Glace glacier to witness the majesty of the flowing ice whilst discussing leadership
Day 4
Departure
Throughout the event we record all key points of discussion and the decisions made, along with any identified requests for information and future actions
Returning Brief
At a time convenient to you we return to your home base of business and debrief the whole team on the event and provide an accompanying consultancy report

Our Summer Strategy Sessions package is based in the Chamonix Valley and takes place amongst the incredible environment provided by the Mont Blanc Massif. It is the summer version of our Strategy In The Snow package
OUR PACKAGES
Our expert faculty including International Mountain Leaders (IML) help your team bond in a way that is impossible in a more conventional environment, debate issues important to them, and learn new activities together.
The package is easily customised to suit your team's requirements and can run for two days or longer. Accommodation can be in hotels or more personal, immersive catered chalets.
